Why do I need to complete the introductory session first?

The introductory session is essential for two reasons:

Light Sensitivity Test: We need to ensure you don’t have a strong reaction to the flickering light effect. The session includes a short 2-minute test at the lowest intensity to check for sensitivity.
Gradual Adaptation: The introduction helps you ease into the experience by progressing through different levels:
- 2-minute light session (sensitivity test)
- 5-minute light session (stronger intensity)
- 12-minute session (introducing the vibroacoustic sound bed)
- 25-minute session (completes the introductory process)

This step-by-step approach ensures you're comfortable with the technology before starting your chakra journey.

Can I do multiple chakras in one session if I prefer longer sessions?

Absolutely! You can book back to back 30-minute sessions to experience two chakra programs back-to-back.

Since there are seven chakras, this option allows you to complete six chakras in three 60-minute sessions. For the final chakra, you can either:

Book a 30-minute session for the last chakra, or
Extend the Clear Light session to a full 60-minute experience for an additional $41 (the same price as an individual chakra session).
